I had never had such a bad experience at a doctor’s clinic before. On Aug 22 2024 I arrived at the clinic 15 mins before my appointment. The receptionist called me by the wrong name and gave me a pre-filled form for a different person. Then I showed my Medicare card to her. Meanwhile a lady came and told the receptionist her name. Now I realized that the receptionist had mistaken me for this lady. Then she said you must have come to the wrong clinic. I told her I had a call from the clinic on Aug 12 2024 and that I had confirmed my appointment. She told me I had to reschedule my appointment, even the mistake was not mine. Well, I thought I would give her a chance to fix her mistake. So I rescheduled my appointment for Nov 7 2024, and she handed me a paper confirmation of my appointment. Today, I came to the clinic with my appointment paper and checked in. The receptionist went inside the office and then told me I could not have my appointment today but would have to reschedule again. What a confused clinic! And the doctor came out to tell me he did not have time to see me because I didn’t confirm my appointment, and he refused to listen to my expectations. I find this clinic to be terribly unprofessional. The receptionist is rude and not at all understanding. The doctor is not patient and does not seem to value his patients.
